  • When will my order be ready?

    You can collect your order from the Fat Franks Camping Shop as soon as campsites open on Wednesday afternoon. This includes if you have purchased an early bird entrance ticket.

  • Where do I collect my order?

    You should collect your order from your chosen Fat Franks location. We have three collect locations..
    Fat Franks Camping Shop based in District X
    Fat Franks Camping Shop at the East entrance
    A collection point in the Accessible campsite

    Please note - folks in Accessible campsite B will need to select District X as it is the closest - thanks! 

    Accessible Campsite B will be situated next to Black Campsite, to the west of District X approximately 325 metres from to District X and 1300 metres from the Arena Entrance. A shuttle bus service will also be in operation.

  • I'm in Accessible Campsite B - which collection point should I order from?

    Please note - folks in Accessible campsite B will need to select District X as it is the closest - thanks!

  • What do I need to collect my order?

    Please bring your order confirmation email which will contain a QR code for scanning.

  • I am in accessible campsite, can my essential companion collect my order on my behalf?

    Yes, of course - they will need a QR code in a copy of your order confirmation.

  • When is the cut off time for placing a click and collect order?

    Closing date for click & collect will be midnight Sunday the 7th of June 2026.
