• When will my order be ready?

  You can collect your order from your chosen Fat Franks location as soon as campsites open on Wednesday.

• Where do I collect my order?

  You should collect your order from your chosen Fat Franks location.

  We have two collection locations: Fat Franks Camping Shop based in District X, and a second collection location at Fat Franks Camping Shop East entrance.

• What do I need to collect my order?

  Please bring your order confirmation email which will contain a QR code for scanning.

• I am in accessible campsite, can my essential companion collect my order on my behalf?

  Yes, of course - they will need a QR code in a copy of your order confirmation.

• When is the cut off time for placing a click and collect order?

  Click and collect will close on Sunday 8th June 2025 at midnight.

• I’ve placed my order directly with Fat Franks, is this affected?

  Your order isn’t affected - you can collect your order as planned from either Fat Franks collection point.
