• Click & Collect Tents: Waste Reduction

  We’re committed to reducing waste and making festivals more sustainable – and your choices make a real difference. Here's what we are doing and how you can help us when you use the Click & Collect tent service.

  By buying click and collect camping equipment, you agree to take it home with you.

  The items that you buy are allocated to you and can be tracked if found. Be part of the solution; we all want to see green fields at the end of the festival, not abandoned tents. 

• Get 15% Off Your Festival Next Year!

  If you really don’t want to use your tent again, you can return it after the festival and receive a 15% discount code to use on any Fat Frank’s site at Latitude, Leeds and Reading 2025, and Download 2026.

  How it works:

  • Return your tent (whether it’s from Fat Frank’s, Click & Collect or any other onsite shop/stall).
  • Head to a Tent Donation Point: Fat Franks stall in District X and East Entrance.
  • Tent donation points - open Sunday 6pm – 9pm, and Monday 6am – 12 noon.
  • You’ll be given a single-use discount code for 15% off your basket for 2025 / 2026.

  This initiative is powered by Fat Frank’s and supports the reuse of camping gear.

• ⛺ Tent Standards

  We strongly recommend festivalgoers to bring quality, reusable gear that lasts more than one weekend, and the minimum specification at Fat Franks shop are:

  • Hydrostatic Head Rating: 1500 or higher.
  • This rating means your tent can handle the British weather – anything lower isn't reliable in the rain and we want you to be warm and dry at our festivals.

• ♻️ Additional Sustainability Considerations at Fat Frank’s

  To keep it green beyond the tent, we meet the following standards:

  • ✅Toilet Paper: Only FSC-certified rolls will be sold.
  • ✅Baby / body wipes: Will be biodegradable.
  • ❌No travel-size toiletries will be sold at Fat Frank’s camping shop – larger bottles for multi-use will be sold.
